Accommodation
These terms and conditions apply to all accommodation made available by City View Motel. By making a booking for accommodation, you warrant that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them subject to such changes as are notified to you from time to time. General Terms
City View Motel will endeavour to provide the accommodation but reserves the right to refuse requests for bookings or actual bookings due to insufficient or excessive numbers of requests. All accommodation is subject to availability.

Booking Policy
All accommodation bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by provision of credit card details. You will not be charged for an accommodation booking prior to the date on which you are due to arrive. By providing credit card details you warrant that you have the authority to use the credit card and you authorise City View Motel to charge the cost of your booking to the credit card in the case of cancellation or no show penalties as detailed below.
The liability of City View Motel arising from any cancellations of accommodation bookings by City View Motel is limited to the amount paid for the cancelled booking.
 
Cancellation & No Show Policy
Cancellation fees for accommodation are as follows:
                - 48 hours or more prior to arrival: free of charge
                - less than 48 hours prior to arrival: 75% of full accommodation charge
                  will apply as a Cancellation fee.
                - No Shows: full payment will be taken
No refunds will be made for booking at any time (Reservations can be cancelled, but full payment will be taken)
                - 20^th December 2007 to 10^th January 2008
                - 20^th September 2008 to 8^th October 2008
                - 20^th December 2008 to 12^th January 2009
Cancellations must be made by notifying City View Motel on (03) 6243 8388 between the hours of 8am and 7pm, 7 days a week.
 
Accommodation – Extra Guest and Child Policy
Rates are per room per night based on two person occupancy. Extra guests are charged $35.00 per person per night, room only one cot per room is available at $15.00, subject to availability.
